Traditional Quilts

2008  Cross Country, one of many traditional quilts, is an example of Amish & country design. Frances carefully created this quilt based on a postage stamp size image in a magazine. The method used in this quilt was “Log Cabin” design – using 1-inch strips sewn together in a certain sequence to form a block design and then joined together to make the larger design. Both Frances and Roberta each made this.
